Simplified Papilla Preservation Flap to preserve the interdental soft tissues & to maintain the harmony of Anterior aesthetics! followed by this frenectomy was done to remove the high frenal attachment

A young patient presented with a localised chronic inflammatory enlargement on the palatal aspect of 17. Excision of the enlarged gingiva was done using the Zolar diode laser (810 nm). Histopathology was suggestive of Inflammatory Fibroepithelial Hyperplasia. One week and two week post-operative healing was satisfactory.
