The Department of Periodontics in association with Indian society of Periodontology celebrated “ ORAL HYGIENE DAY “ on August 1st, 2022. Oral hygiene awareness program was conducted for the patients visiting Saveetha dental College. Importance of oral hygiene was emphasised and methods to improve and maintain oral hygiene were demonstrated to patients.
Our faculty Dr. G. Kaarthikeyan, Dr. M. Jeevitha, Dr. Karthickraj delivered guest lectures on Laser- tissue interactions, Laser safety, Laser teeth whitening respectively and conducted patient hands-on training in the certificate program at the 1st National Conference on Laser Dentistry
